We stand behind fully any and all of our Computer Service, with a standard 30-day warrenty on all service repairs. This means that if we worked on your computer, and within 7-days your computer starts, or returns to the same pattern as before, we will gladly service it again for free under the warrenty.  If the computer starts or returns to the same pattern of behavior as before, between days 8 and 30, then you will only be charged 1/2 of the normal labor rate.  This does not include new, or additional problems that your computer may have developed since the initial computer service, or during the warrenty period.  These problems would be billed under a new computer service ticket, and full regular labor and/or additional part charges.  Non-Defective merchandise will require a restocking fee, while special order, or personalized items, will be unreturnable.  Software, and some other items due to federal, state, local, or vendor regulations may have other return restrictions or requirements, please contact Customer Service for details. Please note that orders paid for via money order or check will have increased shipping times, as product will not ship before money clears.  Attempts at fraud through the use of counterfeit Money Orders, or Bad Checks will be prosecuted to the fullest extent possible under law.  Returned checks will have a $25 fee regardless if the order is still placed.  All service orders paid for by check will have $25 fee for any, and all bounced checks, plus the cost of any services rendered.  Computer services for parts, that must be field purchased, are due prior to the purchase of said part.  Parts purchased by the customer, prior to service, will have a $10 install fee, plus the usual diagnostic fee. CSW's warrenty will not include any parts locally bought from a third party, however, will include any parts bought directly from CSW, that were warehoused by CSW.

Due to local, state, and federal regulations, radar detectors will not be shipped to Virginia, Washington DC, will not be shipped to military bases within the US, and will not be shipped to Canada.
