The Field Specialist will be responsible for cold-calling, or otherwise finding any, and all customers. Specialist will be responsible for maintaining an up-to-date list of current, and existing customers; also making sure that the list is updated, as required with the COO, to receive correct, and prompt payment for all monies owed.
Specialist will have encoded Technicians assigned to him/her; the Specialist be responsible for all work done by the Technicians encoded to them. Recruiting responsibility will be that of the Specialist, and the hiring responsibility will be that of either the COO/CMO & CEO.
The Field Specialist will be the "Outside Sales Agent" selling the services of the company, from physical product, to the actual services to be done by the techs under their command. Payment for these 1099-wages will be done under the payscale: 10% commission for non-dell products sold; 5% for all Dell products sold; 1% of all recurring service contracts, for work done by their encoded tech, and 25% for all non-recurring, service labor tickets, for work done by their encoded tech.
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS*A Degree in Computers, or Electronic Sales Work Experience;

At least two (2) years work experience in Outside Sales, Customer Service, or Retail Supervisor;

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS*ASSOCIATES DEGREE REQUIRED, similiar work experience may be substituted.
The Field Technician will be responsible for repairing, or otherwise servicing, the customers of his/her encoded sales agent. The Technician will be responsible for maintaining an up-to-date list of current, and existing customers; also making sure that the list is updated, as required with the COO, and his/her Sales Agent Supervisor, to receive correct, and prompt payment for all monies owed. Technician will be responsible for completing all recurring service contracts, along with one time labor contracts, as required by his/her supervisor.
Technician will report to, and be encoded to the Specialist who recruited him/her, unless otherwised transferred by the CEO to another Agent; the Specialist be ultimately responsible for all work done by the Technicians encoded to them.
The Field Technician will be the "Outside Service Tech" performing the services of the company. Payment for these 1099-wages will be done under the payscale: 50% commission for all recurring service contracts, as negotiated by the "Sales Agent," and 25% for all non-recurring, service labor tickets.
