Hiring Steps:

1.  Contact the Administrative Assistant in the area you would like to work; or you may simply click on the link to be taken directly to the Job Description page.  You may then click on the employment application link at the bottom of the page and then print the application. Fill out the application then mail it to the address at the end of step #2 (don't forget to sign the application).

2.  The Administrative Assistant will send you a job application form, and a job specification sheet; fill out the application and mail the application to the Corporate Headquarters at: 1 Cedarwood Blvd, Suite J171, Baldwinsville, NY 13027

3.  Your application, and resume (if applicable) will be reviewed, to see if there is a career match between CSW's goals, and your job-related experiences.

4.  If Yes, then you will be called for your first interview with Mr. Dan Kraft, Chief Operations Officer, or Mr. Josh Newman, Chief Marketing Officer.  If there isn't a match between you and the company, than we will keep your information on file for up to six (6) months from the date on your application.

5.  If you've made it this far, than you're in the homestretch.  So, congrats!  Your next step is interview number two, this is with the CEO of CSW.
